Pop music with country and rock influence
Brett Stewart ---Independent spotlight review wrote "Kraich's music dabbles in country and rock musings, but at it's core it's primarily pop. Kraich's style is infectiously catchy and there is a very special art to writing a solid pop hook. 'My I'm Sorry Song' exemplifies this talent of his. The track is anthemic in nature, and you'll be humming it long after you first hear it."
The album was recorded primarily in Nashville, TN, with the majority of the vocal tracks being produced in Denver, CO. As a singer/songwriter I am focusing on songwriting which is my passion. I also love to record and create music in the studio, so I decided I wanted to release a C.D.....a C.D. with all the songs that made it to Nashville.
Like I said, I have been writing and recording music what seems like forever, this marks the 30th anniversary of the first time I stepped foot into a recording studio. I recorded the song 'Changes & Chances.' Soon after I managed to get the single played on a radio station out of Sterling, CO. Andy Rice was the first to play my very first song. We remain friends to this day.
A group out of Sidney, NE. heard the song and contacted me for a meeting. 'JUSTUS' was in the midst of recording their first album and needed a new lead singer. The second time I met my new band mates was in the recording studio. During this time I also joined another touring band, 'DESTINY' and began taking vocal lessons with Kip Dubbs, a retired A&R man for Capital Records. Kip also produced 3 new singles for me, as a solo artist.
I moved to Los Angeles, CA and continued to study music and voice. I also pitched my songs to some business connections that Mr. Dubbs had introduced me to. I met record producer Steve Miller who had heard 'Changes & Chances' and he wanted to produce the song. During this time 'I Remember When,' one of the songs that Mr. Dubbs had produced, began getting air time on KOSI back in Denver. Soon 'Changes & Chances' hit the airwaves and people fell in love with the song. At one time it was the number one requested song on KPMX 105.7 Sterling, CO for three months straight. Now remember, this is before the capability of downloading songs online, so radio was the only way some people could hear the song.
I continue to write and record music, I have released four solo albums and numerous singles. I also enjoy performing any chance I get. I believe music is my gift from God and I thank him daily.
I want to leave you one with one thing....If there is anything you want to do or accomplish in this lifetime ...do it ...and do it now. If there is something you love to do and it is your passion...don't quit or give it up. Life is too short. Doing what you love to do will make you feel so much more alive and you will be surprised at how much better you feel. Dream on!
